You crossed a line.
Don’t let that be the end of your story.
SHEaters is a supportive space for women who have cheated and are ready to face the truth, understand the deeper why, and do something different.
Through coaching, support groups, and honest conversations, women can navigate accountability, healing, growth, and recovery in a judgment-free environment.

This is where honesty begins.
A Sheater is a woman who has betrayed her partner and is willing to take an honest look at herself, her choices, and the impact of those choices.
This isn't about shame.
It's about accountability, growth, healing, and learning how to become a safer partner. If you're trying to repair your relationship, understand why you crossed boundaries, or rebuild trust after cheating, you're not alone.
What Is A Sheater?
How I
Can Help
If you've found yourself here, you're probably looking for answers, support, or a way forward after choices that have hurt someone you love.
I believe real change doesn't come from guilt, shame, or empty promises. It comes from honesty, accountability, and a willingness to look at yourself differently. Through private coaching and women's betrayer groups, I provide a space where you can do that work, gain deeper insight into your choices, and begin creating lasting change.
Private Coaching
Individual Support for Women Ready to Change
Betrayal can leave you feeling confused, ashamed, overwhelmed, and unsure of what comes next. You may be asking yourself questions you've never had to face before.
Private coaching gives you a place to slow down, tell the truth, and begin understanding the deeper issues behind your choices. Together, we'll focus on creating real change instead of getting stuck in shame, blame, or fear.
Women's Groups
You're Not the Only Woman Walking This Path
Many women carry their betrayal alone, believing no one could possibly understand what they're going through. The truth is, there are other women asking the same questions.
My Women's Betrayer Groups provide a supportive space where honesty, accountability, and growth come first. You'll connect with women who understand the journey and are committed to doing the work alongside you.
I don’t treat infidelity like a surface-level mistake. I treat it like a signal. A signal that something deeper has fractured beneath the roles you’ve been living inside.
I created the Sheater concept to name what most people miss. A Sheater is a woman who doesn’t experience herself as an identity… but as a collection of roles.
The good partner.
The desired woman.
The one who holds everything together.
And eventually, those roles collapse under their own weight. That collapse is where betrayal lives. My work isn’t about softening the truth or assigning blame. It’s about precision.
I help you confront the internal split that drives the behavior… and guide you through rebuilding a self that isn’t dependent on performance, validation, or escape.
This isn’t surface-level coaching. This is identity work.
Because until you know who you are outside of who you’re needed to be. You will keep disappearing into the roles that once protected you. And eventually, those roles will cost you everything.
I'm Judith Nisenson, a Certified Life Coach through ICF with a specialization in betrayal support as a Certified Partner Coach through APSATS. I work with women who have crossed a line they never thought they would… and don’t fully understand why.
